Founder of Salt Lake Homes, Rachel did not grow up dreaming of a career in real estate. She didn’t grow up in Utah, never lived in a home her family owned, and had exactly zero childhood aspirations of becoming a Realtor.
Then she bought her first home in her early 20s and realized how much a home could change things. Stability. Opportunity. A way to build wealth. A place that was actually yours.
She got her real estate license in October freaking 2008. Impeccable timing. The Great Recession was in full swing, the housing market was unraveling, and Realtors were leaving the business in droves. Rachel stayed.
She was named Rookie of the Year at EXIT Realty in 2009. In the years since, she’s been named Salt Lake’s Best Realtor by City Weekly, received the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Good Neighbor Award, and built a business that ranks her among the top 1.5% of Realtors in North America.
But Rachel has always been as interested in the business of real estate as the houses themselves.
She has a BS in Communication and Economics from the University of Utah and an MBA from Westminster College, and is endlessly fascinated by the strategy behind why people buy, why they don’t, why one home sells while another sits there looking confused, and how really good branding can change the trajectory of a business.
Rachel and her husband, who is also her teammate in business and pretty much everything else, own and manage Airbnb rentals and occasionally fix and fancy homes for a profit. Between representing buyers and sellers, working with builders, owning investment properties, and managing short-term rentals, real estate has somehow gone from never being on Rachel’s radar to becoming her entire identity.
Outside of work, she usually has an Audible book playing, is planning a trip, hanging out with her husband, or occasionally trading real estate for a movie set on one of the many cheesy made-for-TV romcoms filmed in Utah.
For more than a decade, Rachel also served as director of Love Lake City, a monthly volunteer initiative she co-founded to bring the community together with people experiencing homelessness, addiction, or mental illness. Along the way, its annual event raised more than $50K in a single night. She has since passed the leadership torch but remains involved and still donates a portion of her proceeds every month to the cause.

Born and raised in Utah, Chris—better known as Red—brings a blend of grit, humor, and heart to everything he does. He enjoys a life full of adventure: from carving powder on the slopes and ripping through trails on his dirt bike, to once holding a private helicopter pilot license. And in 2019, he and his wife took the ultimate cross-country trip—riding through 40 states on his Harley Road King, with nothing but the open road and good food to guide them.
Before entering real estate, Chris spent 11 years with Wonder Bread as a sales rep, mastering the art of customer service and learning the value of relationships. It was during an early date with his now-wife (and founder of Salt Lake Homes) that Chris casually mentioned his interest in possibly becoming a real estate agent. She had zero interest at the time—but in a fun plot twist, she earned her license first, paving the way for Chris to later enter the industry.
Today, Chris is known for his patience, care, and steady presence, especially when working with buyers. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, clients consistently praise his ability to listen, guide, and calmly navigate the twists and turns of the market.
When he’s not helping clients find their dream home, you'll find him skiing, dirt biking, looking at wildlife, or enjoying great food with his wife.

Alissa has been in real estate for over a decade and has found comfort in the predictable schedule of a Transaction Manager. Her lifestyle is best described by one of her own quotes: "Why would you Monday on a Sunday?" President of the Ginger Bun Squad, Alissa rocks transactions like Penelope Garcia [of Criminal minds] rocks Behavior Analysis. When she's not managing real estate transactions, she is most likely watching animal videos or at home with her dog, Goku, and her husband, Kody, playing video or tabletop games... but not until she has hit the gym to get her dose of swole on.

Joni's love of homes began when shopping for her first home, with Rachel Green, in 2014. The amazing experience she had buying her own home sparked a fire in her belly to do the same for others. Joni is a native of Salt Lake City, and can't imagine a better place to live. Her easy going, upbeat personality is evident in her daily career as a high school teacher, and the patience needed in the classroom transfers well into connecting clients to the right space to call home. In her spare time she loves teaching yoga and High Fitness, adventuring with her husband and two children, or just getting cozy with a good book.

Spencer’s passion for real estate runs deep. Raised in Draper, Utah, in a family of real estate professionals, he grew up with a front-row seat to the business—a foundation that evolved into a dynamic career spanning residential real estate, multi-family housing, and interior design.
He began his professional journey at Bridge Investment Group, working in acquisitions and supporting both due diligence and property management accounting. Spencer later joined Alice Lane Interior Design as a project manager, collaborating with top-tier designers and gaining firsthand experience in taking spaces from concept to completion. It was there he discovered his talent for design budgeting and his love for creating interiors that are not only beautiful and functional but also financially strategic.
In 2018, Spencer co-founded Bungalow Brothers with his brother Tanner, transforming their shared passion for home renovation into a highly sought-after design and remodeling firm. That success naturally evolved into Bungalow Realty, a full-service real estate company where design and property expertise come together seamlessly—now proudly partnered with Salt Lake Homes | Real Broker to deliver unmatched results and client experiences.
Spencer holds a degree in Communications and Public Relations from Brigham Young University, a background that enhances his ability to connect with clients, communicate clearly, and bring their vision to life—whether that’s through real estate, design, or both.
Outside of work, Spencer enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures and foods, reading, and spending quality time with his husband and their three boys.

Born and raised in Utah, Tanner Minnick grew up immersed in the world of real estate and design—thanks to his parents' thriving careers in the industry. That early exposure sparked a lifelong passion that eventually led him to Los Angeles, where he studied Merchandise Marketing at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM).
Tanner kicked off his professional journey in fashion buying at TJX, sharpening his eye for style, detail, and market trends.
